WHILST WE TRY TO GET ORDERS OUT AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE FROM TIME TO TIME THERE CAN BE DELAYS !.............IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER ONE DAY AND THEN AN ORDER 2 DAYS LATER DOESN'T MEAN WE ARE ABLE TO PROCESS THE SECOND ORDER ASAP, IT WILL BE PLACED IN THE QUEUE ! Payment can be made by money order or cheque Australian Customers only (made payable to Egg Decorating Supplies) when faxing or posting orders.

Orders are processed and shipped when payment has been received in full and cleared. 

International Orders only DO NOT pay GST (Goods and Services Tax) so please refer to the "Ex Tax"  price when placing orders. Automatically entered when using online shopping cart.

Shipping Information

All orders are shipped using Australia Post. Shipping costs are calculated on weight and shipping option/s chosen.Shipping costs are automatically added and itemised at "Check Out".  

PLEASE NOTE: (AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS ONLY) ANY PARCEL WEIGHING OVER 1KG IS CHARGED AT A CUBIC WEIGHT COST !

Egg Decorating Supplies will not take responsibility for lost or damaged goods unless registered post or insurance is selected (via Shopping Cart) or advised (Australian Customers Only)
Damaged Goods (If Insured): Should be reported immediately to Egg Decorating Supplies and Delivery Firm. All damaged goods should be returned to Post Office/Courier Company with all packaging intact. Fill in necessary claim forms. Please Note: NO CLAIMS AFTER 7 DAYS !

**Shipping Options:

Regular Post: All Orders are sent standard post using Australia Post. Please allow 3-5 Business days for delivery (depending on location) from date shipped. Some rural areas may take up to 7 days for delivery. No registered post or insurance is included in this cost.

Express Post: Orders are sent “Express Post”. Orders are delivered a lot faster and in some cases maybe overnight (depending on location). Express Post option is more expensive.

Registered Post: Orders sent “Registered Post” will incur an additional cost. Registered Post parcels are also covered for insurance to the value of $100.00.Customers will receive a notification slip (via mail) for collection at there nearest Post Office. Identification maybe required when collecting (please contact post office for more information).

International Orders: All international orders are sent “Air Mail” only. Please allow 5-10 working days from date shipped. Customs forms accompany orders when shipped.(International Orders can not be registered or insured )

RETURNS POLICY: BEFORE RETURNING ANY ITEMS, YOU  MUST MAKE CONTACT WITH EGG DECORATING SUPPLIES TO ARRANGE REQUEST FOR GOODS BEING RETURNED.

NO RETURNS AFTER 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING ORDER !

A CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED IN THE FORM OF A GIFT VOUCHER.

NO SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE CREDITED !
