Shipping & Returns 

Postage & Packaging Costs (P & P)
Postage & Packaging Costs are automatically calculated at Checkout when placing orders via the online shopping cart. The cost is calculated on the total gross weight of your order distance and location; plus a packaging charge which is added at checkout.
All orders are shipped with Australia Post and sent within 2 to 7 business working days of receiving your payment in full.
With the execption of 'Special Orders' which can ONLY be placed by email. On receiving an Email "SUBJECT LINE SHOULD READ  ~ EGGS EGGS ~ "Special Order" a processing estimate will be given as well as the total costs incured.  

PLEASE NOTE: All orders are placed in a queue and processed in the order of Date/ Time in which received by Egg Decorating Supplies and once full payment has been received.
Whilst we try to process orders and send them out as quickly as possible from time to time there can be delays.

If you have selected Express Post the order will be placed in a queue, in order of Date/Time, Express Post does not mean we ship immediately.
Express Post to some locations will be receive quicker, not all locations are eligible for overnight delivery. Please refer to the Australia Post web site for more information.
 

Australian Orders
All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Please choose either Standard Post (Regular Post) or Express Post when proceeding through the checkout screens. 
If you require Registered Post please select this option from the drop down menu there is an additional charge which is calculated on checkout once selected.
 

All small orders under $20 will be charged a flat rate of $5.50 up to 500g as they often take up more resources than the profit gained from selling the product. The majority of the cost is postage and packaging materials charged by Australia Post.

Packing and Handling
Items are either sent in a padded envelope (if not fragile) or box. All fragile goods are wrapped in bubble wrap. Postage, Shipping costs include postage, packaging and handling.

Please Note:
All parcels 500grams and over will have a tracking number if posted within Australia. A confirmation email will be sent once the order has been processed and payment finalised. It is up to the Customer/Buyer to visit the Australia Post link to track their parcel.

Standard/Regular Post - Please allow up to 3-7 business working days for delivery (depending on location) from date/time sent, from capital cities and metropolitan areas. Some rural areas may take up to 10 business working days for delivery.
No Registered post or insurance is included in this cost.
Any loss in transit or damage is at the Customers/Buyers own risk if this option is  selected.
Orders sent by Standard/Regular post are not insured so any loss within the postal
 system are at the Customers/Buyers own risk, we do not take responsibility and the loss  will "not" be reimbursed or replaced by Egg Decorating Supplies.

Australia Post does not reimburse or compensate for the loss of any uninsured parcels.  It is the Customers/Buyers responsibility to request and purchase additional insurance.

Express Post
- Orders are sent 'Express Post'. Orders are delivered a lot faster and in some cases maybe overnight (depending on location). Express Post option is more expensive and automatically calculated at checkout.

Registered Post
- Orders sent 'Registered Post' will incur an additional cost. Registered Post parcels are also covered for insurance to the value of $100.00. 

International Orders

All orders are shipped via Australia Post and sent 'International Air Mail only', as this is the most economical way of shipping International orders. Please note this does not include insurance and does not have a tracking number or registered post. Please allow up to 21 business days from Date/Time shipped, depending upon destination and country.

Please allow Extra time for seasonal parcels (ie: Christmas Holidays) Customs forms accompany orders when shipped (International Orders can not be registered or insured).

Please Note: If your parcel is sent International air mail there is no insurance or tracking, any loss within the postal system are at the customers risk and will not be reimbursed or replaced by Egg Decorating Supplies.

Tax Charges
All prices include Goods and Services Tax of 10% (GST) payable on all orders within Australia. International customers are solely responsible for import duty, taxes or other charges which may apply within their own country. Please check with your customs agent before ordering.

 

Returns

Faults/Damages:
Queries relating to Faults, Damages and Errors must be made to Egg Decorating Supplies within 7 days of receiving goods. No claim/s will be accepted after that time.

If you have received goods which are damaged or faulty, they will have to be assessed as being faulty/damaged. Please email or phone within 7 days of receiving your goods. Once goods are found to be damaged or faulty you can either receive a refund or exchange if available. Please make sure the items are packaged and sent back in the same condition as received.

NO P & P (Postage & Packaging)/SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE CREDITED/REFUNDED.

A Returns Authority Number (RNA) must be
issued by Egg Decorating Supplies before any faulty/damaged goods can be returned. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will faulty/damaged goods be received by Egg Decorating Supplies unless notified.

PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS SIMPLY FOR CHANGE OF MIND! (PLEASE DECIDE THIS PRIOR TO PLACING ORDERS). 

 Errors:
 

 All care is taken in the description of our items/products available for viewing on 
 our web site, to give the buyer the correct details which include, size colour and ideas 
 on how to use.

 Product colours may vary due to the different dyelots between batches. Colours can
 appear differently with various operating systems and screen types can alter the viewing
 colours and images.
 All orders are checked and packaged carefully, however mistakes can occur, despite 
 Egg Decorating Supplies best intentions. If an incorrect item has been recieved by the
 buyer it will be rectified immediately.
 


 We DO NOT accept liability for any return goods lost in transit, if sent standard/regular mail.
  Exchange & Refunds: SORRY WE DO NOT EXCHANGE/REFUND OR ACCEPT RETURNS SIMPLY FOR CHANGE OF MIND! (PLEASE DECIDE THIS PRIOR TO PLACING ORDERS AND CHOOSE WISELY).
