These terms apply when you use this website or place an order with Egg Decorating Supplies (1/29 Gibbs St, Arundel QLD 4214). By placing an order you agree to them. We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page when you order applies to that order.

Prices

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST for orders delivered in Australia. GST is removed for orders delivered overseas. Prices can change without notice; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we’ll contact you before processing the order and you may cancel for a full refund.

Availability

Stock levels are shown on each product. Sold out items can’t be added to the cart. We don’t take backorders or hold stock. In the rare event an item sells out after you order, we’ll contact you to offer an alternative or a refund for that item.

Product descriptions

We describe products as accurately as we can, including sizes and colours, but colours can vary between batches and appear differently on different screens.

Orders and payment

Payment is taken online through Square when you place your order. A minimum order value applies (shown in your cart). An order is accepted when you receive our confirmation email. Kits and pre-cut eggs are made up after payment.

Special orders

Items ordered from a supplier especially for you can’t be cancelled, credited or refunded once ordered, except where the Australian Consumer Law requires.

Importing into other countries

Some countries restrict the import of eggs, egg kits, paints and similar goods. Please check with your government authorities before ordering. We are not responsible if goods are held or seized by customs.
